From waste to worth

We’re a non-profit hub, repairing, restyling & refreshing garments for a new life, saving textiles & clothing from landfill. Drop off items & help reduce waste, support our community & keep Kapiti textiles circulating.

What We Do

  • Repair & rehome wearable items

  • Restyle, upcycle & refresh garments for a second life

  • Carefully strip clothing for usable parts (buttons, zips, fabrics) when items can’t be saved

  • Provide free fabric for local makers through our in-store free-fabric basket

  • Donate excess textiles to partner charities across Kāpiti & Wellington

Our partners include:
Ōtaki Zero Waste, Free-for-All, Waikanae Baptist Church, Sustainability Trust/Curtain Bank, Friends for Animal Charities, The Nest Collective & Juli Hunter Eco-friendly Style.
