Beginners Knitting class 🧶✨

Clothing donations wanted We've been pottering away on a new venture to save clothing from landfill. We dream of upcycling natural fibre clothing from our local Kāpiti community to transform them into something special and new. If you have any natural fibre (e.g. cotton, linen, silk, or wool) pieces you'd like to part ways with, please bring them to 8 Main Road, Waikanae on weekdays from 9 - 5 or Saturdays from 10 - 2. Any donations are gratefully appreciated!

Join us for our upcoming classes ... including something new! We have an exciting new lesson coming up! Knitting for beginners is taught by my talented sister Leanna and we'd love to have you come along. In the photo below, Leanna is pictured with two of her granddaughters wearing their favourite cardigans she has made them. This class is suitable for beginner knitters, with needles and yarn provided.

Our Sewing Club is currently at full capacity. If you'd like your name on the waitlist, please send me an email (info@julihunter.com) and we'll be in touch when a space is available.

Happy customers We've been busy in the workroom lately with lots of special garments on the go. This is one of our favourite things to do! If you have a special idea in mind that you'd like to bring to life, come visit us at 8 Main Road, Waikanae. We'd love to help you! Pictured below is the gorgeous Shae who had a dress she already loved, but wanted it to become more "her" for her special day. Alongside her is the radiant Sharn in her yellow wool houndstooth skirt that we made for her Vivienne Westwood event at Te Papa.
