What a wonderful month it’s been! October was full of creativity, collaboration, and community — from our involvement in the Kāpiti Sustainable Fashion Catwalk in Paekakariki to welcoming so many of you into the workroom with your pre-loved donations to our Kapiti Textile Waste Hub - we’re so grateful for your continued support as we grow this shared movement toward mindful, sustainable fashion. As always, thank you for being part of our growing community — helping us keep textiles in circulation, reduce waste, celebrate slow fashion  & help us put sustainable clothing in the limelight✨

♻️ Keeping Kāpiti Textiles in Circulation 💚

🌿 Two Months In — and Going Strong! It’s been another amazing month at the Kāpiti Textile Waste Hub! Together we’ve repaired, reused, and rehomed even more textiles — keeping them out of landfill and giving them new life. ♻️  Many of these items have supported wonderful local charities like Free For All, The Nest Collective, and The Curtain Bank.

A huge thank you to our volunteers and everyone donating or spreading the word — your support keeps this community project thriving! 💚
