Thank you to everyone who supported our first Waikanae Eco-Friendly Market of 2025! Our next one is on Saturday 1st March and we would love to have you join us.

Sewing lessons

Lessons have been selling fast this year, so book in today if you'd like to join us:

• Make your own simple top (Feb 15)

• Make your own simple skirt (March 15)

• Take a pattern from a simple garment (three April classes)

• Make your own trousers (April 12)

• Upcycle your clothes (May 17)

Our Sewing Club is still going strong and new members are always welcome. We meet on Wednesday evenings to sew, problem-solve, and laugh together!

The other week I had a fantastic time chatting to Kāpiti Coast Quilters. We talked about sustainability, using up the fabric you have, and keeping textiles out of landfill.
